we are united in purpose: to support the climate, the energy efficiency of buildings should be encouraged. But with the implementation of concrete measures opinions differ, especially in the question who should bear the cost: the landlord, the tenant or the state?

The second forum event to our study floor plans for affordable housing " we want to take a closer look at the issue energy efficiency of buildings. What about in Munich? What rights and obligations of landlord or tenant? What obstacles are there, and what political means are necessary?
