On yesterday, the 9th November 2010, decided by the Federal Social Court (BSG) that a medical certificate of disability (AU) is not an important reason according to § 31 para 1 sentence 2 SGB II to an alarm call in Book II does not comply with service provider. ALG II recipients have according to this ruling and then a message prompt in Book II service provider to comply if they were issued by medical side a certificate of disability - unless, unless there are also other reasons that justify a failure to report.
