Over the years I've been optimizing things:
The folding roof mechanism is expanded bed right now. This one has a lot more storage space. A shelf was installed instead, which also serves as a barrier against falling luggage. The shelf is very convenient, there everything fits in, what you need all the time (flashlight, paper towels, gloves, ...)
course you can build everything back again and continue to use the original roof design bed!

Thus, water can fill using a funnel, without to get the canister to have. Especially good with a fully loaded trunk.
